Terms of service

Effective September 15, 2026

These terms govern access to VideoCre8, a service for producing branded motion graphics videos from agency-provided briefs and brand assets.

Service and subscription

The Agency Studio plan is billed at $97 monthly through the HighLevel Marketplace and includes up to three successfully generated video projects per month. Each project accepts up to 1,100 script characters and includes up to two edit cycles. A submitted batch of scene changes counts as one edit cycle. Downloads do not affect the monthly allowance.

Your content

You retain ownership of the logos, copy, offers, recordings, and other content you provide. You confirm that you have permission to use that content and, when providing a voice sample, that it is your voice or you have the speaker's permission to create narration from it. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful material, or attempt to interfere with the service or bypass usage limits.

Availability

Video generation depends on third-party infrastructure and AI services. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated creative direction will be suitable without review.

Cancellation

You may cancel through your HighLevel Marketplace subscription controls. Access and unused monthly renders end according to the Marketplace billing terms shown at purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
